By creating an account on Gozili, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Orders & Pricing
Prices, availability, delivery fees, ride fares, and service quotes may change. An order or booking is confirmed after successful checkout. Substitutions may apply for out-of-stock grocery/food items.
Delivery, rides & home services
ETAs are estimates. Ensure someone is available at the drop-off or service address. Failed deliveries or no-shows may incur a redelivery / cancel fee as shown in the app. Cancel fees may be recorded for review and are not auto-charged unless a collection flow is enabled.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
Liability
Gozili is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
